Terms and Conditions

Validity Period: This gift card is valid for use within 12 months from the date of issue.

Redemption: This gift card can be redeemed for any product available at Aqua Active Scrunchies, subject to stock availability.

Non-Refundable: This gift card cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

Non-Transferable: This gift card is non-transferable and can only be used by the person whose name is on the card.

Lost or Stolen Cards: Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

Remaining Balance: Any remaining balance on the gift card can be used for future purchases within the validity period.

Exclusions: This gift card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

Cancellation: Aqua Active Scrunchies reserves the right to cancel any gift card if it is deemed to have been obtained fraudulently.

Modification of Terms: Aqua Active Scrunchies reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Usage Instructions

Online Redemption: To use your gift card online, visit our website at Aqua Active Scrunchies and enter the gift card code at checkout.

Checking Balance: You can check the balance of your gift card by visiting our website, clicking Buy Gift Card button and following the Get Your Gift Card Balance at bottom of screen. 

Expiration: Ensure to use your gift card before the expiration date mentioned on the card.
