Shipping policy

Order Processing
  • All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery
  • Flat Rate Shipping for Standard Tracked postage through Australia Post at $6.95.
  • Flat Rate Express Shipping for Express Tracked postage through Australia Post at $14.95.
  • We offer Free Tracked Standard Shipping for orders over $70.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
  • You can track your parcel using the Australia Post App or at auspost.com.au

Shipping Locations
  • We currently only ship within Australia.
  • We can ship to a PO BOX and Parcel Lockers.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
  • Once your order has left our premises, we are no longer responsible for your parcel.
  • Please contact Australia Post or use the Australia Post App to track your parcel and resolve any issues related to lost or damaged parcels.
